Kelly Charron – Director of Medical Aesthetics / Licensed Clinical Aesthetician

Kelly Charron began her career in the aesthetics industry over 20 years ago. Kelly started a multi-disciplined career as an Image Consultant, Licensed Massage Therapist and Licensed Clinical Aesthetician. She then directed her focus as a medical administrator and aesthetics consultant in the cosmetic medical industry. Her professional licensing as well as experience eventually led her to implement her knowledge in an aesthetic corporation as a VP of Spa Education and Business Development. There, Kelly developed spa service protocols, provided aesthetic consulting training and co-developed aesthetic devices for measuring skin parameters. Now leading the team at Koger Cosmetic Clinic, Kelly is passionate about walking side by side with our staff and patients through their own aesthetic journeys.

Stephanie Boncimino – Certified Laser Technician / Licensed Clinical Aesthetician

Stephanie Boncimino has almost a decade of experience in the aesthetic medical industry in medical spas as well as plastic surgery. Stephanie attends conferences and training sessions regularly to continually advance her professional certifications and strives to stay current in the technical advances of medical aesthetics. Stephanie specializes in various laser skin rejuvenation treatments like photofacials, laser hair removal, fractional skin resurfacing, microdermabrasion and professional strength peels.

Lily Dorsa – Licensed Clinical Aesthetician / Permanent Makeup Artist

Lily Dorsa is considered one of the top permanent make-up artists in the country. With over 25 years of experience, Lily has had the pleasure to work with world famous make-up artist Kevin Aucoin for over 10 years, and has built an impressive celebrity clientele including Liza Minelli, Glenn Close and Betty Buckley to name a few. Lilly has done professional make-up cover work for several major magazines like Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, W and Allure. Our patients benefit greatly from her many years of experience, and superior skill to this industry.

Breanne Burk – Licensed Massage Therapist

Breanne Burk, L.M.T. She has over 7 1/2 years of massage therapy experience and specializes in therapeutic  and   energetic massage techniques such as Lymphatic Drainage, Deep Tissue Therapies, Reiki, Trager and Thai.

Bre also offers many other relaxing techniques such as Reflexology, Hot Stone Therapy, Aromatherapy and Chair Massage.

 

 

 

Kaela Antolino – Billing Administrator

Kaela Antolino has worked in the hospitality and medical aesthetic industry for over 6 years and understands the importance of making our patients feel special and welcome as if in our own homes.  Kaela handles all of the coordination of scheduling our skin cancer patients and performs all of our Medicare billing functions. Originally from California, Kaela now calls Florida her home and resides in Boynton Beach.

Maddie VanFleet – Nail Technician

Maddie VanFleet has always had a passion for beauty, having “grown up” spending most of her days working in her mother’s hair salon. Now as a highly sought out and successful nail tech, Maddie takes pride in mastering the nuances of what makes nail care so important. Maddie believes focusing on the health and hygiene of the skin and nails is just as important as the beautiful outcome of the nail service itself. Over the past 5+ years, Maddie has made her focus the mastering natural nail care as well as gels. Maddie also does Gelish and Shellac no chip polishes and has worked with these exciting new nail product since it was first introduced. Maddie’s warm and highly contagious personality, along with her tedious skill, is the perfect formula for a wonderfully relaxing nail experience.
