Permanent Makeup in Jupiter
Permanent makeup is a technique that places pigment into the dermal layer of skin in order to achieve the look of makeup. Looks that can be reproduced include, but are not limited to eyeliner or eyelash enhancements, eyebrows and lip liner or lip shading. In addition to makeup enhancement, pigmentation can also be placed to camouflage a scar. Because the color is placed in the skin not on it soft and natural results are achieved.
