Our medspa is a beautiful compliment to Koger Cosmetic Clinic and Medspa in Jupiter, Florida. This one-stop beauty source provides an array of spa services, and medically based skin rejuvenation programs, including clinically customized facials, professional peels, microdermabrasion, nail services, photofacial (IPL) skin treatments, IPL Hair Removal, and permanent makeup.

This fully equipped medspa is more than luxurious. Directed and supervised by our board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Kim Edward Koger, M.D., and staffed by clinical aestheticians, and nail technicians, the Medspa at Koger Cosmetic Clinic takes the facial to a whole new level and provides premier-quality preventive skin and nail care as well.

In order for our spa to be a peaceful, relaxing place for all of our clients, we ask that you adhere to some guidelines to ensure that everyone has a pleasant experience while here. We hope that you find Koger Cosmetic Clinic & Medspa to be a place where you can relax and feel at ease.

Consultation

Koger Cosmetic Clinic & Medspa is dedicated to helping you achieve your skincare goals. Towards that end, we offer complimentary spa consultations to better understand each individual’s skincare needs. Based on a private skin analysis and conversation, we partner with you to design a treatment plan that will best meet your expectations.

Scheduling

Appointments are preferred, but not always necessary. If we have available practitioners, we will be happy to provide your desired treatment. However, most procedures are booked several weeks in advance.

Arrival

Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the next patient’s sessions can begin on time. If you are not able to be on time we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible. With some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule you. New clients should arrive 15 minutes early for their appointment for a consultation and to supply basic information about medical history, allergies and contact information. Please click here to download our new patient forms if you would like to fill them out prior to arrival. We still ask though, that you arrive 15 minutes early.

Appointments and Cancellation

Your spa appointment is reserved and prepared exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance for single services and 48 hours for appointments lasting over 2 hours. When re-scheduling an appointment that was not cancelled within the requested time, a credit card will be required to reserve your next appointment. All services re-scheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of scheduled treatment. If appointments are missed with no prior notification, 100% of treatment will be charged.

What to Wear

Robes, gowns and slippers are provided for your use during your visit. We recommend wearing something comfortable to leave in. Valuable items should be left at home or the office, as we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.

Pregnancy

Please inform us if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant, as some treatments cannot be performed during pregnancy. We highly recommend that you consult your doctor prior to your spa visit. We will be happy to suggest treatments that are typically allowed during pregnancy.

Children

For safety, children will not be allowed in treatment rooms. Children under 12 will not be allowed in the waiting area unless accompanied by an adult. The minimum age for services is fourteen. Minors under the age of 18 will need signed parental consent in order to receive services.

Cell Phone Policy

We understand the desire to keep in touch. However, in consideration of all of our guests, we ask that you refrain from cell phone use within our spa. This is your time to relax and be in the moment. Inform our front desk staff if you have any special needs or concerns to allow us to ensure your time spent with us a memorable experience.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included with any of our spa services or gift certificates. All gratuities are at the client’s discretion. Gratuities may be paid by cash, check or credit card.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. If you are not satisfied with one of your products, please bring in the product with your receipt within two weeks of the purchase. We will gladly exchange the full value of the returned product for a product or products that are more suited to your desired result. If you do not wish to have a product exchange, we would be happy to give you a credit towards one of our services or a refund credited back to you in the same method of payment used for purchase. All sales are final on gift certificates and on non skin care items such as jewelry, candles, bags etc.
