Kelly Charron – Director of Medical Aesthetics / Licensed Clinical Aesthetician

Kelly Charron began her career in the aesthetics industry over 20 years ago. Kelly started a multi-disciplined career as an Image Consultant, Licensed Massage Therapist and Licensed Clinical Aesthetician. She then directed her focus as a medical administrator and aesthetics consultant in the cosmetic medical industry. Her professional licensing as well as experience eventually led her to implement her knowledge in an aesthetic corporation as a VP of Spa Education and Business Development. There, Kelly developed spa service protocols, provided aesthetic consulting training and co-developed aesthetic devices for measuring skin parameters. Now leading the team at Koger Cosmetic Clinic, Kelly is passionate about walking side by side with our staff and patients through their own aesthetic journeys.

Cathy Truesdell – Office Administrator

Cathy Truesdell comes from an extensive administrative background of more than 20 years. Cathy began her administrative career in the legal field and then utilized her skills to enter into the aesthetics industry where she assisted in the business development of various aesthetic start up companies. Cathy’s expertise led her to manage several medspa’s where she implemented marketing programs, facility events and public relations. Cathy’s is dedicated to providing the professional and compassionate care our patients deserve.

Stephanie Boncimino – Certified Laser Technician / Licensed Clinical Aesthetician

Stephanie Boncimino has almost a decade of experience in the aesthetic medical industry in medical spas as well as plastic surgery. Stephanie attends conferences and training sessions regularly to continually advance her professional certifications and strives to stay current in the technical advances of medical aesthetics. Stephanie specializes in various laser skin rejuvenation treatments like photofacials, laser hair removal, fractional skin resurfacing, microdermabrasion and professional strength peels.

Lilly Dorsa – Licensed Clinical Aesthetician / Permanent Makeup Artist

Lilly Dorsa is considered one of the top permanent make-up artists in the country. With over 25 years of experience, Lilly has had the pleasure to work with world famous make-up artist Kevin Aucoin for over 10 years, and has built an impressive celebrity clientele including Liza Minelli, Glenn Close and Betty Buckley to name a few. Lilly has done professional make-up cover work for several major magazines like Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, W and Allure. Our patients benefit greatly from her many years of experience, and superior skill to this industry.

Kaela Rojas – Medical Receptionist

Kaela Rojas has worked in the hospitality and medical aesthetic industry for over 6 years and understands the importance of making our patients feel special and welcome as if in our own homes. Kaela is one of the first and last smiling faces you will meet when you walk through our doors ensuring your experience is a pleasant one. Originally from California, Kaela now calls Florida her home and resides in Boynton Beach.
